If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience with us remains positive. Please review the following guidelines to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. All accessories, manuals, and any included free gifts must be returned as well.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products.
- Items with the broken box or Items that broken seal.
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable software or gift cards)
- Perishable goods and consumables (e.g., batteries)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping the Return: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging and include the RA number on the shipping label. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the product has been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Note:
Tickno Zone Mobile Phones & Accessories Trading L.L.C is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) used during purchase.
- Processing Time: After the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
4. Defective or Damaged Products
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product for it to qualify for this policy.
How to Handle Damaged/Defective Items:
- Document the Damage: Please provide photos of the product and its packaging showing the damage.

After reviewing the details, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item or arrange a replacement.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellations

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the product must be returned following our standard return policy.
